Dealing with Office Politics

Office politics can have such a bad rap - but it’s such a crucial part of the workplace to understand.

Every workplace has its own culture mixed with office politics. I’ve been asked quite a few times to talk about it and because every workplace is so different, I want to share things that can be applied anywhere (including outside the workplace).

I have found that the default for a Christian entering the workplace is to pretend like the office politics don’t exist. I get it - it seems so much easier - but you miss out on actual influence by avoiding something that seems difficult.
