For those who know, I’ve been interviewing for an amazing role with an amazing salary. The process was rough and stressful- and honestly I had to turn down proceeding due to a couple of factors I’ll get into another time. I won’t say it was a waste of time (it took about a month before the final stage), but wow I really feel for anyone going through the process.

I keep praying and thinking about what we can do to ease the entire process. I hope and pray that there will be a change in the near future to the entire hiring process.
